  • Our Customer Care team will also contact you at regular intervals to ensure that everything is operating effectively and deal with any queries you may have.
  • So we can provide our customers with the best service possible, we’ll ask you to complete a quick online survey following the commissioning of your system. This allows us to listen to you, take on board all feedback, comments and suggestions and improve our service levels even further.

When you are ready to start your project, we will schedule an initial meeting with you. This introduces you to the project team and confirms your overall purpose and objectives.

In most cases, a project will contain a: Project Manager, Sales Contact, Customer Care Manager, Group Operations Director and relevant Systems, Software and Process Engineers.

Communication is Key

We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your project on a regular basis while ensuring everything is running smoothly and to schedule, and all your queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.

Regular communication is important between us, and this ensures that your project runs efficiently and effectively from start to finish. What’s more by regularly interacting with our customers, this ensures the project shapes up and meets customers’ requirements and expectations.

Our knowledgeable, and professional project teams are all coordinated by a Project Manager who remains a focal point throughout your project. Your Project Manager will act as a single point of contact for any questions or queries you may have and will provide support at all stages of your project. Your allocated project manager can also, if required, help with commissioning your system, training your staff in its use, preventative maintenance and so on.
